Custom Architecture

Creating custom pieces that are meaningful to you is where my true passion lies. There is something about a painting of your grandparent’s house, old elementary school, wedding venue or first house that you brought your babies home to that just reminds you of those warm fuzzy memories made there. It’s a way to remember those moments that meant so much to you and that you can share with others. Not to mention, what a wonderful personalized gift you can give someone that you can’t get anywhere else!

My current turnaround time for custom architecture pieces is 4-6 weeks.

What you will receive:

• A hand drawn and hand painted in professional watercolors painting on cold pressed professional watercolor paper sealed in a permanent protective matte spray giving a soft satin finish.

How do I order?

• Select your preferred size
• Email a picture of your building/home to amber@kaiartwork.com/ (preferably a front view and multiple pictures if possible) and any details of writing you would like on the piece (family name, address, quote, etc.)
• A quote and proof sketch will be sent back to you within 2-3 weeks for approval before painting begins
  We will work together to make sure you’re happy with your piece

Details:

• This is a physical original one of a kind painting shipped directly to you
• Frame is not included
• Your painting will resemble the building you’ve chosen but will not be exact as it’s a rendering of your chosen building created by the artist with an animated type look to represent your building
• Each piece includes any hand lettering on it if you prefer such as a family name, address, quote, etc. Please specify in your email when ordering.
• Colors may look slightly different from what you see on the computer screen as copies of originals and different devices can all show slightly different.

Shipping Details:

• There are not returns or exchanges on customized pieces.
• All custom pieces ship in plastic sleeves for protection against the elements and a strong rigid shipping envelope to avoid damage.
• Although, I do value all of my customers and want you to be happy with your piece. If you have questions, concerns or unhappy with what you received, please contact me at amber@kaiartwork.com/ so we can resolve the issue together. My customers come first.
